Pesticide-Free

Our bio-pest control program allows us to maintain our healthy produce without the use of dangerous pesticides. Simply put, we use the good guys to get rid of the bad guys!

Automation

Our automation ensures a perfect environment for our produce while producing large volumes with great consistency and as little human interaction as possible.

Sustainability

We strive to take the extra step in sustainability starting with our zero waste program, using biodegradable growing film and recycling our natural resources. Good for your family, good for the earth.

Through TruePossibilities, TrueHarvest is able to fulfill its mission to provide fresh, healthy lettuce while serving our community and creating an inclusive work environment. In doing so, we have committed ourselves to partnering with local non-profits and food pantries to minimize food waste, and partnering with local programs that connect adults with disabilities to meaningful work in the area. We are committed to putting an emphasis on hiring adults with disabilities, and we look forward to supporting this underrecognized talent pool in finding meaningful, long-term employment.

Program

Summer Earn and Learn

Through the Summer Earn and Learn program, year-round internships, and training opportunities, students and adults with disabilities have opportunities at TrueHarvest Farms to expand their skillsets and gain valuable experience in the workforce.
