Pesticide-Free

Our bio-pest control program allows us to maintain our healthy produce without the use of dangerous pesticides. Simply put, we use the good guys to get rid of the bad guys!

Automation

Our automation ensures a perfect environment for our produce while producing large volumes with great consistency and as little human interaction as possible.

Sustainability

We strive to take the extra step in sustainability starting with our zero waste program, using biodegradable growing film and recycling our natural resources. Good for your family, good for the earth.

The Bahler Street team delivers an experience that is entirely familiar, yet wholly unusual— adding their own spin to the classic woodfire pizza by introducing unique pairings with local Texas ingredients.

The approach we take, the ingredients, the intention... we try to put our own spin on it, and so a pepperoni pizza, everyone knows that it's familiar, but when we can elevate that with a sourdough crust and a really delicious local pepperoni, and just try to elevate every aspect of that pizza, it becomes wholly unusual.
