Chef Nathan and Chef Sarah own both Commerce Cafe, Lockhart’s favorite small town big flavor restaurant, and Foreign and Domestic, a nose-to-tail and farm-to-table experience.

We try to be creative here at the restaurant as well as make sure people are comfortable and have food that makes them happy, so we do serve a lot of nose-to-tail items in an approachable way that people will not know that they like until they eat it. But they’ll still find something that they can connect to in the dishes.
