Pesticide-Free

Our bio-pest control program allows us to maintain our healthy produce without the use of dangerous pesticides. Simply put, we use the good guys to get rid of the bad guys!

Automation

Our automation ensures a perfect environment for our produce while producing large volumes with great consistency and as little human interaction as possible.

Sustainability

We strive to take the extra step in sustainability starting with our zero waste program, using biodegradable growing film and recycling our natural resources. Good for your family, good for the earth.

Chef Nathan and Chef Sarah own both Foreign and Domestic, a nose-to-tail and farm-to-table experience, as well as Lockhart's favorite small town big flavor restaurant, Commerce Cafe.

When it comes to creativity here, we push the limits quite a bit at Foreign and Domestic, and I think it's really good to have a grounding here at Commerce Cafe… Sometimes it's good to take it back to simple techniques, relearn them, rehash them out, and make sure you've got them fine tuned. As a chef, I think that's really important.
